Job Title: Operations & Insights Partner

Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 annually

Because our Attorney-Investigators spend their days navigating highly sensitive cases, we are breaking the mold of the traditional law firm administrator. We are looking for a true thought partner to serve as the operational engine of our firm.

The Role: We are seeking an Operations & Insights Partner to steward our firm’s infrastructure, elevate our daily workflow, and drive smart growth. This role goes beyond a standard task list; you will operate at both a strategic and tactical level.

You will:

• Own Financial Fluency: Manage the firm’s billing cycle, prepare revenue projections, and build data-driven measurements into our operations.

• Elevate the Client Experience: Serve as the empathetic primary point of contact for initial client intake and coordinate seamless conflicts checks and engagement agreements.

• Drive Systems Ownership: Actively maintain and iterate on firm systems (including Clio and Gusto), oversee core HR functions, and manage vendor relationships.

What You Bring: 5+ years of operations or administrative experience, ideally in a complex or professional services environment.

• Strong familiarity with billing processes and case management systems.

• A "get things done" mentality with a desire to experiment, iterate, and build better systems rather than just maintaining the status quo.
