If you could teach any grade or subject what would it be?

I would teach kindergarten kids to be respectful individuals, recognizing that no matter their race, physical abilities, sexual orientation, etc., we are all people with feelings, wants, aspirations and should be treated equall

What is your favorite Halloween costume?

I was never a fan of dressing up for Halloween (I know so boring).  My idea of Halloween is sitting on the porch with a glass of wine handing out candy.  It so enjoyable to see how creative the costumes can be.

What word would you add to the dictionary if you could, what would it mean?

Hmmmm, not sure what that would be, but I know that I’d never want to see the word “hella” in the dictionary.  For whatever reason, it drives me crazy to hear that word.

What supply in your house is running low?

Candy…  there is never enough.

What TV sitcom family would you be a member of?

The Jetsons, not really a sitcom of today, but my favorite cartoon and it would be so cool to live with the Jetsons.

Have you ever tried to do something you know you would be really bad at, what was it?

Yep, cooking.  I never could cook, but was forced to learn and what do you know, I love to cook and think I’m pretty good at it.

How many books have you read so far this year?

Oh probably four or five.  The great thing about riding Bart is the opportunity to read!

What is one thing that annoys you the most?

Walking behind someone looking at their phone and then they suddenly stop walking.

 Describe yourself in 3 words.

My biggest accomplishments are my kids, Olivia and Jon,   they continue to amaze me on a daily basis with their wit and their drive to always reach for the stars.  Spending time with them makes me feel like I’m 28 like them!  Hiking is my favorite sport next to running.  During a recent hiking trip to Yosemite, my now finance Milo and I became engaged.  He waited to propose in front of Half Dome.  I couldn’t think of a better background for such a wonderful event.
