Ops & Tech present this session led by 2021-22 Executive Board members Kira Hansen and Jeff Johnson.  Breakout rooms, waiting rooms, polls, screen sharing, mirroring…these days are you feeling more like an Office Administrator or an A/V enthusiast?  Like it or not, Zoom is a huge part of our work now and will a crucial work tool in the future of the legal industry.  This session is designed to help you leverage some of the more technical features available in Zoom.  Our goal is to leave you feeling confident that the next time you are asked to organize a complex meeting or help your lawyers or staff develop a mediation platform via Zoom, you’ll have all the resources you need to advise and/or execute it successfully.

This session qualifies for 1 hour credit in the following categories:
CLM® Recertification Credit:  1 hour in the subject area of Communication and Organization Management (CM).
CLM® Application Credit: 1 hour in the category of Information Technology.
CLM® Application Credit for Functional Specialists: 1 hour in the subject area of Operations Management toward the additional hours required of some Functional Specialists to fulfill the CLM application requirements.
