The Human Resources Section is presenting COBRA Compliance in the COVID-19 Legal Environment. The COVID public health crisis has engendered significant new legislation which impacts employers' obligations in the administration of employee benefits. This presentation is designed to guide you through the sometimes overwhelming new information to enable you to best serve your employees and your firms, as well as protect yourself from adverse actions.

Our speaker is Tiffany Santos, a Director at the law firm Trucker Huss, which specializes in employee benefits law.  Tiffany counsels employers and multiemployer trusts on all aspects of their employee benefit plans.  She has been listed as a Northern California “Super Lawyer” in the area of employee benefits law since 2018 and was selected by her peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers® in America in 2021 in the practice area of Employee Benefits (ERISA) Law. Most recently she was named as Chair of the ABA Joint Committee on Employee Benefits (Health).
