The Operations & Technology Section is presenting Cyber Threats - How to Make Your Law Firm Resilient to Cyber Risk

With the sudden increase in remote workers due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, law firms are now recognizing the increased amount of cyber security threats. Major vulnerabilities can include unsecured workstations and personal devices, unsecured data transmissions and weak enforcement of risk-mitigating policies. That’s why AHERN Insurance Brokerage and Acrisure LLC have partnered to provide the Golden Gate Chapter with some important information during these times including:

•    Cyber Risks in a COVID-19 World

•    The Numbers behind Cyber Risk

•    What’s at Risk for your firm

•    How Breaches Occur

•    The Real Cost of a Cyber Incident

•    The Solution

Our speaker is Adam Abresch, CIC, CLCS, CCIC, National Cyber Risk Practice Leader at Acrisure LLC (Parent Company of AHERN Insurance Brokerage).  As the Cyber Risk Practice Leader at Acrisure, Adam is responsible for designing custom Cyber, Crime and Technology solutions for Acrisure clients across the globe.
