The Leadership and Management Section is presenting a Collaborative Conflicts Workshop. Our speaker is Dave Collins (CEO, Oak and Reeds), an award-winning improvisor, coach, and corporate strategist with over a decade of experience performing and coaching improv.

Understand five primary modes of conflict; assess a conflict and an effective approach; implement a collaborative approach to conflict resolutions, prepare for difficult conversations with colleagues; and apply these techniques to case studies.

CLM® Recertification Credit:  1 hour in the subject area of Communication and Organizational Management
