Cathy Bregenzer and Michelle Hatton of Gensler are presenting "Space Planning for Millennials: Workplace Today - Design Ideas from Across Industries."

 The presentation will address:

  • The Changing Workforce
  • Shifts Impacting Today’s Workplace
  • A demonstration of these issues in the design of the Coblentz space


They will elaborate on the changing demographics and values of the workforce, how those drivers impact the design of our work environments, and what people expect from their work experiences in our local market.

They will share design examples of Integrated Teams and Tailored Workspaces and demonstrate how these relevant spaces are being integrated into law firms, professional service firms, tech offices and beyond.
