The Leadership and Management Section is presenting Continuous Performance Management: How to Flip the Switch.

In this lunch meeting, you will learn:

1. Current research focused on innovation in performance management.
2. How continuous performance management differs from traditional performance management.
3. How to build your business case for change.
4.  The change management process needed to support this shift.
5. How today's technology can enable a more dynamic process.

Our speaker is Edie Goldberg, Ph.D., the principal of E.L. Goldberg & Associates in Menlo Park, CA. She has specialized in talent management and organization development for over 30 years. Her practice is focused on designing HR processes to attract, engage, develop, and retain employees.  Dr. Goldberg has published and presented at numerous conferences on performance management, building management capability, career management, the Future of Work, and competency modeling. She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Albany, SUNY; and her B.A. and M.S. in Psychology from San Diego State University. She currently serves on the board of directors for the SHRM Foundation, and the HR Strategy Forum. She is the past Chairperson for HR People+ Strategy {HRPS).
